The Community has a large shed which we use as a recreation & multi purpose centre. Under CPA we have funded the completion of the centre which provides a useful resource for the community. This allows for further participation in sporting activities, particularly during the wet season, which provides a social focus for the community and gives our youth an alternative to boredom and substance misuse. We run discos and movie nights in the centre as well as a number of community functions.
We plan to complete the ablution block and internal fit out in the near future.
